than 2 delegates, the 3rd and each subsequently registered
delegate will receive 50% off the fee.
Only one type of discount in addition to early booking discounts can be applied to each booking. If there is a discount associated with the VIP code you have entered this will take precedence over any multibooking discount unless the mutli-booking discount is bigger. So you will always benefit from the biggest discount available to you. Discount offers cannot be combined on each booking and all discounts can only be claimed at the time of registration. Further discounts are subject to approval.
We are happy to accept a replacement delegate for the whole event, however delegate passes cannot be split or shared between delegates under any circumstances.
Please do not change your VIP code if it is filled in already which it should be if you clicked through from an email or on-line advert. Your VIP Code will appear on the booking form of any hard copy mailing you've received or hard copy advertisement you have seen. Please notify Corporate Communications International Ltd. at least one month before the conference date if you have any additional requirements e.g. wheelchair access, large print etc.
Attendance at this conference is subject to IIR & IBC Finance Terms and Conditions at https://www.informaglobalevents.com/LMAtermsandconditions - If you cancel in accordance with this policy, you will receive a refund of your fees paid to LMA (if any): (i) if you cancel your registration 28 days or more before the Seminar, subject to an administration charge equivalent to 10% of the total amount of your fees plus VAT; or (ii) if you cancel your registration less than 28 days, but more than 14 days before the Seminar, subject to an administration charge equivalent to 50% of the total amount of your fees plus VAT. LMA regrets that the full amount of your fee remains payable in the event that your cancellation is 14 days or less before the Seminar or if you fail to attend the Seminar. All cancellations must be sent by email to email@example.com marked for the attention of Customer Services and must be received by LMA. You acknowledge that the refund of your fees in accordance with this policy is your sole remedy in respect of any cancellation of your registration by you and all other liability is expressly excluded.
