SPECIAL EVENT Rates  -these rates are available on bookings made before the 17^th May 2011.                                                                             

Special Event Bookings Cancellation Policy 

From the 17^th May 2011 and the arrival date the total room nights reserved at that moment will be considered as guaranteed and will be charged in its totality against your credit card number. Please also be advised that your reservation will be held overnight and is guaranteed for late arrival.                                                                                 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The guest acknowledges liability for all services rendered until full settlement of the bill. Management takes no responsibility for valuables left in the guest room.
• Check In time is 3:00 pm - Check out time is 12:00 noon.
• Personal cheques are not accepted.
• We kindly inform you that the Event Organiser will have access to your booking details such as arrival date, departure date, and guest name.
• Please be informed, that your reservation can only be processed if your credit card details are provided at the time of booking or a deposit payment (for the total nights of your stay at the above mentioned room rate) is done via bank-transfer. Once your reservation is processed, the confirmation will be sent by fax or e-mail.
• No phone reservations will be accepted.
• Reservation will be automatically cancelled at the hotel´ s discretion without prior notice if found the credit card submitted is invalid.
• We cannot guarantee availability for reservations made later than 17^th May 2011, reservations only can be confirmed upon availability. We also cannot guarantee availability and rates if the contracted room block is filled in earlier than 17^th May 2011.
