Company Training

In Company Training - save up to 40% with tailor-made content to suit your needs.
Many of our courses can be specially tailored to place an emphasis on your own business objectives. The courses can incorporate specific case studies, documentation, policies and examples from either your company or business sector.

Advantages of this bespoke approach to your training needs include:

  • Targeted/Tailored Objectives. Courses are designed around your organisations' needs and goals, based on pre-event consultation - a proven framework that includes your staff in the course development process.

  • Cost Effective & Convenient. Typically, with a group of half a dozen, the training cost per head is economically advantageous.
Additional savings arise from the fact that the course comes to you, on your terms.
So no travel and accomodation costs or hidden delegate expenses for your staff. - Costs can be up to 40% cheaper than sending a team to one of our public training courses.

  • Performance Improvement.  Because you have had such a high degree of involvement in designing the course, you should expect immediate returns and enhanced performance from your team. Even a short course can bring major improvements in performance through raising morale, boosting productivity, speeding up the rate of change, or equipping your staff to deal with new challenges.
