The Event Highlights of AFCA 2012
BRAND NEW SPEAKERS
The speakers in Barcelona made the event for all concerned. The quality of those behind the podium, not to mention of the audience in their seats made the event a thoroughly worth-while experience for all.
CONCENTRATED APPROACH TOWARDS FINDING ALTERNATIVE FUNDING SOURCES
On the afternoon of the second day, this series of dedicated, focussed talks were very well-attended, giving everyone a chnace to learn and debate. For the less 'financially-minded' sessions held in-tandem, looking at business models were similarly popular.
SPEAKERS FROM OUTSIDE THE INDUSTRY
Economists from some of Europe's leading financial institutions set the tone for the event on the first day, whilst on day 2 Pedro Simko, SAATCHI & SAATCHI gave a presentation on 'Lovemarks', arguably the best-received presentation.
GLOBAL AVIATION
The sessions looking to the international nature of the industry capped off the whole event and were certainly fascinating. Next year the event will build upon this to become even more global, with even more airlines from across the continents.
