She is a qualified actuary, with over 20 years’ experience in the field of life assurance risk management. Eithne spent most of her career with City of Westminster Assurance, the UK arm of Irish Life and Permanent. In her role as Chief Executive of CWA, she had direct responsibility for the governance and risk management of CWA’s material outsourcing arrangements. Following the sale of CWA to Chesnara, Eithne took overall responsibility for risk management and capital assessment within the Chesnara group, before leaving during 2007 to set up her own consultancy company.

Eithne is a regular speaker at Infoline conferences in relation to outsourcing and risk management.
