The Centre of European Law, School of Law, King’s College London has as its objectives: to advance research into European Union Law and the laws of the European countries; to provide training for persons interested in European Law; and to encourage the teaching of common law in European countries.
Based at King’s College it is located in the centre of London at the heart of the common law world, opposite the Royal Courts of Justice and close to the Inns of Court, the City, Westminster and Whitehall which has enabled it to maintain close contact with the legal profession, the commercial world and government.
